Terms of Use for Web3 Pi Link Service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rules for using the Web3 Pi Link service (hereinafter: “Service”) by the user (hereinafter: “User”), provided by F12 Lab sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001156654, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, TIN: 5273152705, REGON: 540959121, share capital PLN 5,000 (hereinafter: “Administrator”).
1.2. By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.
1.3. Web3 Pi Link is an integral part of the Web3 Pi project and cannot be used as a standalone solution. The User is not authorized to use the Service outside the Web3 Pi ecosystem.
2. Service Description
2.1. Web3 Pi Link allows the User to publicly expose any TCP port over the Internet, even behind NAT, without requiring router access.
2.2. The Service is configured through a dedicated Cockpit plugin, which establishes a secure tunnel via the Administrator’s server and assigns the User a unique address in the yourname.web3pi.link domain.
2.3. The Service enables the sharing of management interfaces, monitoring panels, or APIs (e.g., RPC HTTP API), in accordance with its intended purpose.
3. User Responsibility
3.1. The User is fully responsible for all network traffic transmitted via the Service. The Administrator does not process or analyze the content of transmitted data and only forwards it.
3.2. By using the Service, the User acknowledges that they are publicly exposing their service and are responsible for configuring and securing the exposed resources.
3.3. The User agrees not to use the Service for:
3.3.1. illegal activities,
3.3.2. sending spam and unsolicited messages,
3.3.3. concealing their identity for unauthorized purposes,
3.3.4. generating excessive network traffic,
3.3.5. conducting attacks on other systems or networks,
3.3.6. violating the rights of third parties,
3.3.7. providing illegal content.
3.4. In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Administrator reserves the right to immediately block the Service for the respective User and to provide relevant information to law enforcement authorities if necessary.
3.5. To use the Service you need: a computer or other device (smartphone, tablet) with Internet access and a web browser (recommended: Mozilla Firefox version 24.0 or higher, Opera version 10 or higher, Google Chrome version 28.0 or higher, or MS Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher), which supports cookies and JavaScript scripts. It is permissible to use other versions of web browsers if they ensure full compatibility with the versions mentioned above.
3.6. The User can terminate using the Service by notifying the Administrator of this intention.
4. Security Rules
4.1. The Service is secured using SSL encryption.
4.2. The Administrator does not monitor or analyze the content transmitted by Users but may take action if abuses such as network attacks or unlawful use of the Service are detected.
4.3. The User is responsible for securing their exposed services, such as using authentication, access restrictions, and software updates.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Administrator is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper operation of the Service, its unavailability, technical failures, or issues arising from the functioning of the Internet.
5.2. The Service is in the development phase and may contain bugs. The User uses it at their own risk.
5.3. The Administrator is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect Service configuration by the User or its unauthorized use by third parties.
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
6.2. The updated Terms will be published on the Service’s website. Continued use of the Service requires acceptance of the new Terms by the User.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be settled by the court locally competent for the Administrator’s registered office.

7.4. The User may submit comments/complaints regarding the use of the Service, to the following address: contact@f12lab.com. The Administrator will respond to the reported comments within no more than 30 days, to the email address indicated by the User.
