1.1. This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for processing personal data of users of the Web3Pi.io website (hereinafter: “Service”), operated by F12 Lab sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001156654, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, TIN: 5273152705, REGON: 540959121, share capital PLN 5,000 (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

1.2. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

2. What data do we collect?

2.1. As part of the Service, we collect the following personal data:

  • 2.1.1. Contact form – we collect name and email address, which are voluntarily provided by users for the purpose of contacting us.

  • 2.1.2. Google Analytics – we automatically collect website traffic data, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, visit duration, and user interactions. This data is anonymized to the maximum extent and is used solely for traffic analysis.

3. How do we use the data?

3.1. Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • 3.1.1. Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form;

  • 3.1.2. Analyzing website statistics to improve functionality (Google Analytics);

  • 3.1.3. Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Service.

    3.2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use certain features of the Service (e.g., the contact form).

7. How long do we store data?

7.1. Contact form data – until the correspondence is completed, up to a maximum of 12 months;

7.2. Google Analytics data – up to 26 months (as per Google’s policy).

8.1. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or modification.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be communicated on the website.
